The BITZER SPOT app provides comprehensive access to the company's product verification and information resources directly from a mobile device. By allowing users to verify the authenticity of products through a simple QR code scan, the app offers an effective measure against counterfeit components, thereby reducing the risk of system failures and associated costs. This feature ensures that BITZER’s business partners can confidently confirm product legitimacy in real-time, regardless of their location.

Beyond authentication, the app delivers a wealth of detailed product documentation. Upon scanning a QR code, users are presented with organized, subject-specific information that can be added to favorites, downloaded for offline access, or shared directly through the app. An intuitive filtering system enables rapid retrieval of relevant documents, ensuring users can access critical data effortlessly even without internet connectivity.

The app also includes an integrated location service. It provides up-to-date addresses and contact details for all BITZER and Green Point service centers, certified dealers, and distributors. Users can initiate calls or compose emails directly within the app and save contact information to their device's address book. When location services are enabled, the app displays nearby sites sorted by proximity and category. Additionally, a route planning feature offers automatic guidance to the selected destination, facilitating efficient navigation. Manual access to site details remains available for users who prefer to browse without using location features.
